The benefits of nature to meditate are undeniable. I've been practicing yoga lately and the instructor is often inviting us to contemoplate the clouds, the trees, the sound of birds and nature. Just like that we can do mindfulness exercises with nature and the results are always positives. Thanks for sharing. Namaste.

Yes! I do it daily...and wherever I feel Disturbed I do this mindfulness exercise and results are Amazing 😀
