Recreation means the refreshment of body and mind.It denotes anything that pleasantly occupies ones time after work is done.Tension, on the other hand, implies a disturbed state of things as contradidtinguished from peaceful conditiosn.

Life has now become tremendously complicated.as a result,everybody has fallen victim to tenshon. Tension may arise and abide in the mind of a man when he gets into the grip of mental strain and excitement.this is a state of continuous anxiety which eats into his vitals and causes him many serious problems including high blood pressure and heart disease.
