Orchestrated Chaos, indeed. Has that mechanical-overwhelming feeling that's woven into a lot of modern life... and the look on those two faces tells me pretty much how I feel about it, as well... not happy. Too many things on fire... no room left for peace.
The spectrum of interpretations is interesting.
There is a sense of motion that is as in-your-face as the color, a lot like modern urban life, as you mentioned. Personally I find cools or neutrals more to my taste, but it's good to get outside of the comfort zone. Thanks for commenting, @denmarkguy, I appreciate you! ☺
Way nifty, those little faces are a great part of the incredible whole. And I really like that 'orchestrated chaos'. Would sum up my general existence here, except maybe light on the orchestrated part...
The faces, yes, I like them too! They emerged out of the swirling pool of orange down there. Perfect case of facial pareidolia. Chaos builds character, right? : )
If it does, I must have a lot of character, if organizational chaos counts ( :
Thanks, I just learned a new word...though I've seen odd things in things for a long long time. Such fun, and great art on your end. Have a nice night.
I like the color choice with this one. The yellows feel very golden/orange in a way that makes me happy. Can't really explain why hah, it reminds me of a magic marker color I had when I was a kid that I loved.
There are definitely some happy warm colors here. Color is energy, maybe you gravitate toward those golden wavelengths and that's why they mesh with you. I really enjoy reading everyone's interpretation. Thanks @drwatson!
Drawing with Velveeta! Good one. Thanks, glad you like it! I gave myself a push in a way by starting last night and leaving it unfinished out on the desk ready to go for this morning before I did anything else.
I also have a few more basic pencil sketches all ready to go for the next for AM Scribbles posts :D
Thank you @benja! I know you have a great eye for color too. There's a lot going on here for sure, sometimes it seems like the chaos wants to take over. Not this time!
I'm trying to figure out if the answer to "I always" is hidden in there somewhere...you always what?!?! lol
Nice work!
Lol, no hidden answers this time. "I always" just seemed like a good phrase to throw down. Thanks!

Looks like your drawing with liquid gold haha... this seems like a cool little morning exercise to get the rust out from nite before... really cool

haha nice pregame ftw!!
Color bomb! Orchestrated Chaos is nice caption for this one, it pleases the eye, yet so much is happening at the same time. Epic!

Thank you! Scribbles: sketches that don't take very long or aren't a finished work of art.
