How to be Happy always yourself

When you awake alive in the morning. No matter how you feel, dress up and show up. You can love yourself because you are wonderful in your own way. You can take plenty of water at least 2 or 3 liters of water per day. You have free time already. So, you can sit silently for 5 or 10 minutes each day. Every day, you can take breakfast, launch, and dinner in time for energy or power and for health. You can always smile and laugh in your face and don't be a smile in each day.You can make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present. You don't compare your life to each other. You have no idea what their journey is all about. You don't waste take care of you when you are sick. They call your family.

You can make time to practice yoga and prayer. You can eat more foods for your health do not have negative thoughts instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. Other people think of you is nine of your business. You can keep your limits energy. You play any types of games like badminton, volleyball, basketball, kho kho, kabaddi, etc. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. So, don't waste everything in your life.
