Day #4 - 4 things I look for in a good alt coin
With so many alt coins out there it's incredibly hard to know which one to invest in. I've summarized a few pointers of what I look for in a good Alt coin. What do you think?!
- Updated and good looking website with plenty of information about the project and it's future. There are many coins out there that don't have this and thats an immediate deal breaker for me.
- Solid mission statement /identity. Is there a place for this currency in the already overcrowded market, is it Unique? Does it offer features other coins don't?
- Active reddit / twitter / internet presence. Does the coin have a strong following? These people are more likely to hold their coins and not sell after a small increase in price.
- Practical application, is the project already being used in real-life, or is it feasible that it will ever be used. Just like the internet boom in the 90's there is a big discrepancy between the number of new projects and the ones that actually will survive.
