Ripple announcement disappoints but long term prospects still good
People may have been disappointed that the major news Ripple announced was another conference in October with some heavy weights in the financial and computing world. This has resulted in a price crash from a high of 0.3 to around 0.22 but it's still up from last week's 0.15. To be honest, sometimes the news doesn't always live up to the hype but Ripple is still a solid coin and is well below its high of 0.45 earlier in the year. So as an investment, it's still at a good price. And if you compare it to the beginning of the year, where it was trading at a half cent, 22 cents is a massive return. More big news is to come from Ripple but just not yet and people need to view these investments in the long term instead of get rich quick schemes in the short term.
