The other issue as I've said on previous messages. I think you need someone who knows how to use steem on your team. You could easily increase your voting weight and increase the value of your posts/votes.
If you believe in the tech then use it.
I'm willing to help but in the very least get a member on the team that can use steem to its full potential.
