overstock just announced a partnership with zambia to use blockchain for land registry, might be the gateway for sovereign crypto projects too, plus I hope marshall does land registry on bitcoin as well
there must be an infinite number of complex factors to consider when making a new currency for a country, not to mention a state crypto with lots of uncharted territory, best of luck you guys
