An Altcoin for Authors (and Readers!)
Whether you're a writer, a reader, or just looking to invest in an altcoin with an artistic cause, Publica (PBL) cuts out "middle men," like publishing houses and brick-and-mortar bookstores, and brings writers and their readers closer together. Their website calls it "The 1st Protocol fro Decentralized Publishing," which sounds beautiful. But, if you're a bibliophile like me, and e-reading can't compare to the weight and smell of a "real" book, they also offer printing services.
