The upcoming alt-coin boom

Put your ear to the ground to trade cryptos. The cryptomarket is moving according to market psychology. Litecoin is a great example of this. People flocked to that as an alternative to Bitcoin, in 5 days it rallied from around $75 to above $350.

It happened because people thought they'd missed the BTC boom and wanted to own a whole coin of something.

I work in the trading industry and can see a difference in my clients, what they talk about and what they are looking to trade. Before November last year, experiecned traders were learning about Bitcoin and adding it to the instruments they trade. Then came this massive boom of new people, the kind of client I'd never had before, all of them only wanting to trade cryptos. Not just young people, but all age ranges. Investing not large amounts, but ready to risk it all, complete boom or bust trading.

Perusing through internet forums on crypto, you can get a sense of the market hype. I had scores of new clients who came in before Christmas, tripled their money and then cashed out. What did we see just before Christmas? The price of cryptos dropped. In part this must have been caused by that new wave of investors, making some money and saying 'sweet, I'll have a good Christmas now'.

So what are they saying now? They're all trying to figure out how to buy alt-coins. They're confused by Bitrex, Cryptopia and Binance, but are aware of their existence now. They bought coins with fiat currency before, just the top 5 or so, but they've had a taste of making 300% gains and want back in.

For the intelligent investor, you want to be ahead of the masses, cashing out just as the hype is beginning, avoiding the market correction and making the most gains. So start positioning now. Small purchses of the alt-coins doing the rounds on Twitter and Reddit. Verge, Tron, Electronem and other coins outside the top ten.

I can assure this is what I see. First they were asking me about Bitcoin. Then it was Litecoin, Dash and Ethereum. Recently it was Ripple. Now they are asking me how to use Bitrex and where can they buy Tron. I've seen each market boom after these questions come.

They are doing their research now. I can't say when to expect an Alt-coin boom, but my best guess is late January or early February.
