You can drop it in your eyes if you need glasses or so I've heard but I wouldn't risk it :D
Also you can chop it up and put it into a glas of soda and it's surprisingly tasty

Another benefit of having an Aloe plant - If you get sunburn, you can break a bit off and open it so you can rub that soothing awesomeness on the burn. :P
