Mouse Soup

This cooked mouse is a special mouse in English known as the Dormouse, and in ancient Roman society, this rat is considered a delicious meal commonly served with dyed honey and poppy seeds. Even now this food is still consumed by the people of Slovenia, Croatia and Italy.

In Italy, these mice began to be protected because they began to be rare. But in fact, this food is so popular that 20,000 rats are hunted every year and now these mice fall into the protected category and begin to be considered rare
