What is your real satisfaction in working?

In a very distant region, there were some workers working hard in a construction and in that a stranger approached him and he asked: what you do? The first answered them with disgust and boredom: You do not see sir that I am working as a black man. "
The stranger looked at him with astonishment and approached the second man and asked again: "What do you do? This man answered politely; "I work to feed my family."
The stranger approached the third man again asked the same question; what are you doing? He answered him; "I am building a beautiful church every brick that it placed will form part of a structure that will be admired for many years for many generations in the future."
As you, dear reader, can appreciate, each of these three workers did the same task. But each one did it differently. The first man got tired early and got bored. The second was satisfied because he knew that his family would benefit from his work and the third was connected to a completely different perspective to his other two companions, his work had a vision that thousands of brick would form a large building worthy of admiration.
