Smoking is a dangerous habits.It spite of knowledge the truth a huge number of people of the world are in the habit of smoking.There are many causes of smoking.

1.The first reason is keeping bad company.

2.Young people consider smoking very glamorous.

3.Frustration is also a cause of smoking.

BUT NUMBER OF PEOPLEK NOW HTAT;>Smoking causes cancer.

One puff of cigarette smoke contains fifteen billion particles of matter some of which are fatal to human beings.These include nicotine ,methyl alcohol,carbon monoxide,formaldehyde,arsenic,benzopyrene and several other acids.

So we see ,smoking is not glamorous as we think to be.We should stop smoking if we are already in the habit of doing so.It is not difficult at all;it only requires a certain amount of self will.
