We live such busy lives
Going here going there
Getting this and getting that
Feels like pulling hairs

People ask me to do
What they would never do
I know nobody can walk
In my shoes

I work for good everyday
Then there's a time my spirit
Will say
Put down your work...
It's time to play.

If you find yourself worn out. Take the time you need for yourself. Perhaps you need to physically rest, or reflect on past events. Learn the lessons of life so you don't repeat the tests. Listen to your mind, body and spirit.
Take a break when you feel the need, so you don't find yourself in need of repair. Get your favorite foods, activities or hang around fun people. Balance is the key.
