LOVE, a beautiful red rose or a bed of thorns? A never ending blue sky or a blazing thunderstorm?

A flickering flame or a sense of serenity? A fire fly in darkness or a wild loin that tears apart? Love cannot be comprehended in words as it is a strong feeling of constant affection for a person you dream to spend your life with in the near future. But wait a minute... Are you sure that the gut feeling you’re sensing for someone is REAL?

Real Love.

We live under a massive cultural delusion about the nature of REAL LOVE. Propagated by mainstream media, from the very beginning of our life we’re inundated with the belief that when the ‘’right’’ person walks by you’ll hear the violins being played around, the wind starts to kiss your face a little gently, and everything around you brightens up. But when this feeling fades and the process of learning about the real love begins most of us take the diminishing feeling as a blaring alarm clock reporting them about being in a wrong relationship which orders them to walk away, and to start all over again in the search of the RIGHT PERSON that probably fits in the current canvas of the love they have made for themselves in the process of learning about real love. We all know that ‘’learning’’ is a process that goes throughout the life and one can never conclude that she has completed learned about something and especially when it comes to a feeling like love. Therefore, people come and go again...again... and again.

If love isn’t a feeling then what it is?

Love is an action, love is tolerance, love is compromise, and love is learning the love language of your partner and expressing your love to him in the same language, so that he can receive your love in a delightful way. Love is giving love is receiving as well. We have mythologized love to such an extent that people are no longer prepared for the realities of long-term relationships. We have been taught that it is good not to compromise and not to put-up with anything we don’t like not to sacrifice our believes for anyone or anything but is it actually what should be done with a person that you love? Not at all and never in the case when you are planning to get into a marital relationship with the one you have fallen in love with.

Love is not just a statement of three words that says ‘’I LOVE YOU’’ instead it is a bunch of actions of responsibility, care, understanding, compromise, altruism and tolerance. Once you understand the true meaning of LOVE, the dramatic love that we had been watching on the television screens and in the media since we were born will make no sense to you, trust me, love isn’t stalking a person, not just holding hands, dating, knowing each other intimately and not at all the violins and the wind scenario, seriously I have never heard or seen anyone sensing this in real life. Yes, we cannot deny that these little gestures cherish a relationship, but we cannot regard them completely for the feeling of being in love.

When a person steps into a practical life may be the ‘’DRAMATIC LOVE’’ that appeals us subside due to the daily work stress on a person but the ‘’REAL LOVE’’ that is meaningful and tangible stays along, when a person is mature enough to understand the responsibility and the reality that comes along the feeling of love then is the moment one will actually stick up with one person and enjoy the happiness associated with the feeling of love.

Compromise can ease relationships.

It’s okay to disagree in a relationship sometimes, there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s important to be an individual, as well as a collective unit. This is where compromise comes into play. Compromise can strengthen a relationship, but it can also destroy it. You need to make compromises that create positive results within your relationship, without sacrificing yourself.

You’re bound to butt heads with your partner at some point. Whether you disagree on what you’ll have for dinner, which movie you’ll go see, or where you’ll spend the holidays, you need to learn the art of compromise.

When you BOTH compromise, then your issues will generally be resolved in an effective manner. If you do not compromise, the smallest incidences could potentially threaten your relationship. Compromise is finding the best solution for both of you. Sometimes you need to meet in the middle, making both parties satisfied.

Love is not merely a feeling but it needs great elbow grease to make it successful and keep a person committed to oneself completely. Love is very important for our lives as it generates happiness; the real mark of greatness is shown through love’s actions of kindness, compassion, helpfulness, and caring. You feel this in your heart. You’re on the right path and in your right place if you feel love in your heart and let it live there to motivate, guide, heal, and influence yourself and others. Let all be done through love.

Love is our true nature. Love is mighty and powerful to awaken, transform, and even bring healing. Through love we receive understanding, mercy, joy, and forgiveness. Through love most all our emotional needs are met. Through love we feel worthy and valid. Through love we serve a higher purpose and unite in a higher calling.

We should allow love to lead the way,and through it we are given vision how to do it better and better each second, each hour and each day in a very unique and impressive way.Through love we find our sense of belonging. It may not come through the form of family, but through others who are close to you and who you care about and who show up for you.

Love gives deeper meaning to everything. When we feel loved we feel most alive. So keep loving and keep your life happy and as all ladies out there know that the more happier one stays the more beautiful she become! So don’t let the wrong meaning of love drive a frown on your pretty face, instead allow the true love walk in and curve your lips into a wonderful smile .
