Week FIVE and #sixweekhealth Challenge/ Body and mind in motion more life
I was looking forward to this great challenge because with @sweetsssj and @healthsquared we realize that we should want our life and stay healthy and fit, as it is the best way to extend our years, for this reason today I want to be a participant in you with showing that I always keep doing something good for our health, in this sense eat balanced and very natural makes every day more active in my physical activities. Today I want to show you a part of life with respect to the sports that I usually do in my free and leisure days.

One of passions personally is to play baseball a sport that requires great physical and mental effort but serves as a great recreation since you share with your friends and family.
I am also a coach of a soccer team which is proud to give my advice to these players who give everything on the court is something that comes from my heart to do it and practice it since this sport leads to more physical contact and must be practiced in a way that your body is fit because you burn calories very fast and you must be well hydrated.

Another thing that I love is going to walk to the mountain and you feel like your life is with an inner peace and forget everything you feel like in the clouds, go through lagoons forests among so much wildlife makes you breathe a unique air free of pollution Thank you for this great creation and what better than in the company of friends and family who join this great cause.
I want to express my gratitude to these two people as they are @sweetsssj and @healthsquared for such a wonderful idea that the people and all of us who participate in this challenge know how valuable our life is, since eating healthy and doing any sports activity makes that our body is free of suffering any disease, in turn I encourage all those who are a little afraid of doing some physical activity to think they have a better way of living and very practical only with walking and a balanced diet .
