the moment in time.
A true laureate of his trade,
he mastered the word.
Transformed whole nations
...created a vibe.
Speaking to generations..,
that could all see his soul.
Who sings for the people
and all they stand for…
He led us down a path
and made us feel cool.
Felt our very nature
…just like a rollin' stone.
In need of some reflection,
as you listen to his words.
A jaunt through space --
a different place in time.
A man of great distinction,
who deserves these accolades.
For all the gifts he gave us
are blown' in the wind.
