1. The natural Charcoal powder :
The charcoal is a natural medicine obtained through the carbonization of several varieties of poplars or coconut.
You can mix a little of this product with your toothpaste and wash your teeth with this mixture.
There is another way to use natural charcoal : You pour a little powdered charcoal into a cup and then dip a damp cotton bud in it and then apply it to your teeth by rubbing them one by one. Rinse then.
After a few days you will see very quickly the bleaching effects of the charcoal ! Once your teeth are whiter, you can apply this method only once or twice a week.
You must not be afraid to swallow charcoal because the charcoal is edible. It is also an excellent anti-diarrhea.
2. Baking soda :
Teeth whitening is one of many properties that baking soda has. In addition it is a natural descaler.
If you want to take advantage of this method you simply sprinkle your toothbrush with baking soda and apply on your teeth like a classic toothpaste.
You can also add half lemon juice to baking soda, so you will get a paste that you also apply as a toothpaste. You must know that Lemon promotes the brilliance of teeth.
You have to be careful, the baking soda is abrasive, so you use this tip just once a week to avoid side effects on your enamel. You will see an extraordinary result after 2 to 3 months.
3. Sea salt :
Salt has great antiseptic and antifungal properties because it has a high iodine content. You wash your teeth by mixing coarse sea salt with lukewarm water 2 to 3 times a week.
How to use :
Just dip your classic toothbrush into this water and brush your teeth. Whiteness effect guaranteed !
Coconut oil is also a natural and magical ingredient to protect teeth and whiten them. Mix it in a toothpaste with baking soda (do not forget to use this tip as just 1 once a week)
