Anyway, the republican and the democrat is mostly along the lines of thinkers vs feelers.
The feelers and the thinkers go about destroying the opposing side with words that make the other naucious.
However, it is the feelers who almost always come unhinged. To a feeler, it is as if the world is against them. Everything happens to them. If only those (insert bad name here) would stop doing those bad things, things would be perfect and they would be at peace.
It actually has more to do with that america has no feeling language. Emotions are not taught. You either get it on your own, or you never get it.
In an airplane, you put on your oxygen mask first, and then the childs. This is obvious to the thinker, but a feeler, the saving the child, even with their last breath is like thousands of times more important. This gets so bad that the feeler knowing they should put their mask on first, freezes, because they can't do either. And so all die.
It is also the feeler who gets unhinged and goes on shooting sprees.
To the thinking person, it makes no sense to solve an internal conflict with external violence.
The MSmockingbirdM are whipping up these feeling people into a frenzy.
And they are doing it deliberately.
Many years ago, while I was a fuzzy gray moral relativist moderate, someone told me that "liberalism" is evil. What he meant (and described to me) was "secular progressivism". I didn't believe him. Not possible. No way. Too black and white. How can you generalize, etc etc.
I realized later in life that his statement is true. And evidence keeps piling up these days to demonstrate the wickedness that is "secular progressive". The "social justice warrior" zealots desire chaos in the streets if they don't get their way towards their deranged utopian fantasy....
which just results in totalitarian communism....
which has brought nothing but misery to the masses while the elite class rules the world. May our country never experience that. @ironshield
Today, conservatives are the "classic liberals." (Hell, I even voted for JFK) - but the decades-long influence of cultural Marxism has all but destroyed that ideal... the "snowflakes" coming out of our institutions of "higher learning" are proof enough of that.

I so agree but your post was on America. Done a little political history of US when at Uni and was very impressed with the work done by the Founding Fathers. With so much to work with I am just sad to see what is happening now. Sorry. X
I am fearful that the Founding Fathers are no longer respected, thanks to decades of cultural Marxist attacks upon their history. In all honesty, if the Marxists/Alinskyites/Democrats continue spewing hatred, I expect civil war will eventually result.
