Syrian Army sends more reinforcements to Idlib for major offensive

DAMASCUS, SYRIA (3:15 P.M.) - Massive reinforcements were seen heading to the northern Syria as the Syrian military amasses forces for the upcoming assault on Idlib.

The recent convoy, which belongs to the 1^st Armored Division, consists of dozens of tanks, BMPs, armored vehicles, as well as more than 1000 soldiers.

The long-awaited attack on the jihadi-held province will be spearheaded by the elite Tiger Forces with great support from the Russian air force.

While no ground invasion has yet been initiated, non-stop artillery and rocket shelling – as well as precise airstrikes – are being conducted on a daily basis to undermine the military capabilities of jihadi groups.
