Alkaline water
is water that has pH greater than 7.5. The pH (ionic hydrogen potential) of our blood transits between 7.35 and 7.45, that is, it is an alkaline (basic), almost neutral pH (pH = 7.0). Maintaining blood pH is extremely important for good health.
Studies indicate that the consumption of alkaline water favors the combat and prevention of diseases. The fact is that both aging and the development of degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's occur in acidic environment.
It has also been found, through experiments, that diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis and gastric diseases are reduced by the administration of alkaline water.
Alkaline water is obtained through specific filters which convert the water supplied through the sanitation into basic water.
Alkaline water does a huge good for the body, I drink only this water.
