Blend 3 eggs, 1 cup of wheat flour, 1kg cooked auyama, 1/2 cup of milk or water, and sugar to taste! Cook the pancakes in a very hot pan and if it's your taste, add butter and a grated hard cheese!

CREAM:
Chop into small pieces half large auyama and put it to boil in 1 liter of water approx. During cooking add garlic, onion, red pepper, paprika, coriander (finely chopped) and salt to taste. When the pump is tender, it is removed from the fire, let it rest and then liquefy.
