love yoga my fav. stress buster. normally do surya namaskar every day, followed by bhastrika, nadi shodhan and than meditation. I've, personally started seeing the benefits of mediation. It, has helped me in various ways and one of them being calm and relax throughout the day. The, day I ddont mediate the day itself is not that great and I see many hurdles during the entire day. Wheras, Yoga followed by mediation, the day goes smooth without any problems and you tend to see happy faces all aroound you. So, altogther a Happy day with Yoga.
