From The Perspective Of Aliens Part-3
To answer this question we must ask ourselves this same question at the first place, what do we want from them? Answer is, we don't know! with the passage of time maybe we will add them to our dinner menu(after all everything tastes like chicken, right!). I mean it might be the case that aliens are vegetarian and we are what we are. I wonder if aliens even eat the same stuff that we do? I have read a few stories on cattle mutilation but if they wanted to eat them why were we able to find their bodies? So wait a second this means they want to eat us? Nope, it doesn't make any sense either. In order to understand what they want from us we need to understand their motivation and their world.
To understand their world we need a common ground and a capacity to see things for what they truly are. If we are already declaring them demons and evil we might be actually confusing ourselves in a long run. Confusion can be dangerous for us as we don't want to piss of somebody far more advanced than us especially when they might be actually trying to help us.

To be honest there is no way we can ever understand what their true intentions are to visit our planet. It's something like proving how things went tomorrow and gathering evidence if they went bad or good(not bad grammar, just a weird thought). Aliens are intelligent beings that means they are rational to some degree, they've been "visiting" us for centuries if you believe on some conspiracy theories and proofs that a few ancient civilizations has left behind. A lot of people also believe that on some point in time the so called "enlightened" human beings had encounters with beings from other realms(dimensions, planets, outer space, time, etc). This means if anything, Aliens are helping mankind to grow.
Also, if Aliens were hostile toward us we would have been dead for many many million centuries now and they would have easily used Earth and our resources in however way they desired. I don't think the purpose of their visit has anything to do with our "wealth" what I think is they have something to do with US as in the mankind(not United States, calm down haha). Now, we got to figure out what is so precious in us that is attracting very many different species of Aliens to visit us!
If Aliens moved to the Earth, would they live peacefully among us?
