From Turkey with Love. The three Turkish companies, supposed to take 49% of the NPP Akkuyu Project Development Company have left, leaving Rosatom on their own to fund and build the NPP. This means that the Russians will have to execute the project at a calculated loss. The Turkish Government will have to subsidize the prices of electricity to customers.
