I'm sorry. I can't buy into chem trails. When jet exhaust comes out of an engine it is hot. If the air outside the engine is cold, it creates condensation. Otherwise know as a contrail. I have been seeing this since I was a kid in the 80's.
What have the effects been? I'm not sure what chem trail believers think is happening. What do they think the government is responsible for ?
I believe if the government wanted to harm its citizens then there would be much more efficient ways to do it.
