New Flight Route: SFO-PPT

United has launched a new flight from San Francisco (SFO) to Tahiti, (PPT) continuing its expansion of an extensive South Pacific network of flights.
Travelers will enjoy service on one of United's 787-9 2 cabin aircraft three times per week.

The flight departs SFO at 2pm Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, arriving in Tahiti around 840pm. Return from Tahiti to SFO is scheduled at 1040pm arriving in SFO at 845am on the next day. PPT-SFO is also scheduled for Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

The flight time is about 8 hours and 20 minutes, not too bad for such an isolated place in the world.
