TEAM SPIRIT: THE SECRET OF AIRHAWK-PROJECT
Team work is a group work. It's a work carried out by collective effort. In a community of over 1500 members, team work can not be over emphasized. The work done and progress are the product of team work. The fuel of team work is team spirit and it's the cord that binds the members to work as a team.
The airhawk-project community has been very efficient and productive in fulfilling its purpose of existence just in a short time. They have successfully raised and still building morales and interests. If morale is good, team spirit should be good as this arises where the community knows every member is working to achieve the community's goals. But, if some members are aware that others are more interested in personal success, morale will be low likewise team spirit.
Morale is a function of team spirit i.e let M be morale, TS be team spirit and F be function. The equation will be TS=F(M). Therefore, the higher the morale (M), the higher the team spirit (TS).
When morale is high, team spirit is high and team work is done willingly and with or without any incentive and vice versa. Each person must strive to sacrifice to effect positively in building a strong community.
