BECOME A TEACHER

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations.... Matthew 28.19 KJV
A people’s way of life is product of a people’s way of thinking. When the mindset is wrong, the way of life is wrong. As goes the mind goes the man. The result of this is that society deteriorates. Mindset is a stronghold, 2Cor. 10.4. Every man is a prisoner of his mindset. It is not the devil holding you hostage. It is your mind. It is not the devil we should worry about. It is our mindset. Mindset is formed by imagination, thoughts and knowledge. When those are wrong, mindset is wrong and vice versa. Mindset is changed by the consistent assault of new information on the mind. We are transformed but the renewing of our minds, Rom. 12.2. This is the function of teaching.
Our world needs teachers. We are intended to be teachers. Teaching and not prayers is the weapon of our warfare. We have taught people as much as we have prayed, our society would have changed. Our assignment is not to destroy the devil. Even our Lord came not to destroy the devil but his works, 1Jn. 3.8 (His day of destruction is coming). His work is his deception. His work is the negative mindset he forms in people. What destroys it is teaching of truth. It is knowing the truth that makes free and not killing the devil. If you want our world to change for good, take up your mantle and become a teacher of the truth of God’s word. Teach what you have been taught. Make disciples and thus make our world a better place.
