They motivate their followers.

    Leadership is self denial,sacrificing and not fighting. A good leader earns reapect and does not command.

In conclusion, one needs to seek for God's wisdom,knowledge to be able to be a godly leader. You need to move closer to God for direction like Moses,Joshua and Caleb did in their days.
