The rewarded ETH can completely be used to purchase CCH during token sale on coinchase official site.

Once you've purchased CCH tokens during token sale on coinchase you can either exchange the tokens to ETH on C2C trading which is already live on coinchase site or wait until the CCH to get unlocked(after public sale) to withdraw your tokens.
