What's the token about ?
OUNA is an online blockchain-based assessment and recruitment platform. It aims to replace traditional methods where recruitment agencies, HR companies play the key role. From this platform, candidates go through an assessment process. The results are added to their database. When employers ask for the ideal profile, the platform is capable of matching the most suitable candidate profile for the job.
What's interesting about the project is its use of the wisdom of the crowd. Anyone who endorses another profile's skills or giving recommendations for employers will earn a reward in the form of OUNA tokens. Similarly, by logging a complaint about a profile also gives you a reward. Let's say a user is a scammer and claims to have worked at a certain company, employees from this company will be encouraged to point that out. This will greatly reduce the work of information checking of the HR.
