AIR-CLINIC - THE YOUNG SHALL GROW OLD AND DIE

Sometimes I could only imagine why people make statements and quotes omitting the obvious. There is this quote I learnt while growing up "the young shall grow", why is it not complete? I think it is time letting people know what and what is at stake. If it were to be quoted as " the young shall grow and die, it would have made sense, at least make people have a rethink of their life and make the best out of it.

Both the young and the old, time happens to all, everyone has a time frame for living, so we should try and make the best of it, treat each memories of life spent as precious. It is however imperative to note that since death is inevitable, let us all ask ourselves this question; am I really living or just existing?
You might be thinking that they are both the same, but the answer is "no".

Existing: this is when all you do is for yourself only " self centeredness ".
Living: this is when you have achieved and fulfilled, also the ability to impact in others " those that leave marks on the sand of time".

1. Life is so short, so cherish every single moment.
2. Life is a journey, it has a beginning and definitely an ending.
3. Only God is indispensable, so work at the right time, have a good rest, eat good food and stay healthy.

2 FACTS ABOUT DEATH

1. It is inevitable, beware lest it stops you from achieving your goals and fulfilling destiny. That should be your fear and your greatest defeat.
2. Death is Rest in disguise.

LESSON OF THE DAY: Seeing death from another perspective "Rest". Knowing each and everyone of us looks forward to resting after doing a great day's job, youths why not have a rethink today and make out something useful of your life? Remember death is real and inevitable but what we should all be scared of is inability to fulfill destiny and achieve our set goals, leaving our work unfinished.
