Airbnb news brought to you by Brian Chesky, co-founder and CEO
In the last weeks all the active Airbnb superhosts could find the info about Brian speaking through the livestream to the community on February 22nd on their dashboard. Since listening to Brian's keynote in Paris at the Airbnb Open November 2015, I'm always interested in the development of the platform. So I watched the facebook livestream on my MacBook.
At the end of the day it was a special outreach for Airbnb yesterday. There are now new categories to search on the platform like vacation home, bed and breakfast, boutique and unique (treehouse). You can also find the 400.000 superhosts worldwide easier now. Furthermore travellers can be upgraded to superguests. I am personally looking forward to these people. During the last years of hosting I always wished to have superguests! 😉
