Our carriage house, Time Out, is a 550 sq. ft. apt above a detached garage located in Old Florida Beach, a gated Gulf front community off 30A. It has a a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining and living area. The separate bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. Yes — there is WIFI, cable, 2 tv’s, and a washer and dryer. The space
Time Out provides privacy and quiet as it is detached from the main house. It is very comfortable for 2 persons and perhaps one young child (pac n play included if requested). Our community is gated with 3 separate board walks to the beach and another to Draper Lake. There is not another community like it along our scenic 2 lane 20 mile long 30A — which has an abundance of good restaurants and shops.

Guest access
Time Out is a 550 sq ft separate apt above the detached garage. Guests have a totally private apt.!

Other things to note
The price guests pay Airbnb includes 7.5% Florida Sales tax but AirBNB does not collect the 5% Walton County Bed Tax that has to be paid for each rental; so we pay that amount from your rental fee.
