AIR CLINIC WRITING CONTEST on poison,toxins and killers ; Had I known

Jane was the first daughter born to mr okafor who had only three girls, jane was light in complexion, tall, intelligent, she had a sparkling black hair like that of snow white,she was a very pretty lady but she had just one flaw,she was fat in size,she weighed about 125kg and she had chubby cheeks . Jane loved eating alot and this was as a result of her being a great cook and everybody admired her for her cooking talent.

As time went on during her sophomore year in the university, her immediate younger sister ijeoma who came to write post utme at Jane's school, university of calabar. Decided to spend some time with jane while she was in calabar. ijeoma was almost as pretty as jane but she was dark in complexion and she had a perfectly shaped body like that of a model which jane had always admired.

Ijeoma while waiting for the university to release her admission list lost her path along the line,
She was quite a beauty to behold and guys kept on flocking around Jane's house everyday just to see ijeoma and this often annoyed jane because she was meant to be the eldest sister. She was prettier than ijeoma only that she wasweight, often times jane would pick fights with ijeoma calling her a prostitute out of jealousy and this often make ijeoma to go spend a night with akpan who was their childhood friend and schooled in calabar as well.

Jane was studying nursing at the university while ijeoma wanted to study pharmacy because their dad owned a chemist shop and he wanted atleast one of his children to become a medical doctor since he wasnt opportuned to get a sponsor who would sponsor him studying medicine so he dropped out in his 3rd year in the university and managed to learn how to trade drugs from one of his lecturers then in the university after which he opened his own shop in his village at abia state.

Mr okafor was a strict disciplinarian and he made all his kids learn how to trade drugs even before they got upto their secondary school level. Ijeoma always had a passion for knowing the functions of different drugs since she was a baby. hence why she wanted to become a pharmacist but little did she know that drugs were very poisonous and toxic substances so often times she abused drugs alot.

When ijeoma was 13 years old she once took a contraceptive pill called postinor to see if it would help delay her menstrual flow and she also did the same experiment to her younger sister chioma to know if it would work on her as well.Ijeoma was quite intelligent as she was beautiful but she had a very bad attitude of making people feel inferior.jane always felt inferior to ijeoma despite being her elder sister because ijeoma had the figure of a model and jane was just fat.

On one rainy Saturday evening at the university ijeoma had her usual arguments with jane and angrily left the house to go stay with akpan. It rained throughout the night so ijeoma decided to spend the night with akpan....... in the middle of the night when the weather was cold ijeoma cuddled akpan so tightly that akpan male hormones reacted and he started kissing her lips,one thing led to another she got wet and they both had sex.

Meanwhile jane was trying to lose some weight so she would stop feeling inferior to ijeoma she placed her self on self medications taking different diet pills so she could look a little slim and this took all her attention as she always going to the gym to work out having little time for her studies or anything around her.Little did she even notice that ijeoma was no longer sharing the same roof with her at night but rather she was at akpan's house every night.

Finally the university released its admission list, ijeoma was admitted to study nursing and this exposed her to alot of toxic drugs that were yet to be approved by Nafdac so whenever she misses her period after having sex with akpan she would take a contraceptive to flush out the baby and she was also helping jane out with Illegal diet pills

2years later when jane was in her final year,their youngest sister chioma gained admission to study nursing at the university. Chioma was very intelligent, light skin, she was prettier than both jane and ijeoma compared together, her only flaw was that she was short in height and she was an introvert,the only friends she had were her big sisters and akpan.

Chioma was very timid in nature and she kept to herself alot not even her sisters knew what she was like on the inside..
So on one faithful day when chioma went at her assignment at her lecturers office; Dr isong locked the door raped and raped and disvirginhis office. But she was too ashamed and shy to tell anyone what happened.

later on she discovered she was pregnant but she couldn't face the shame of being a disgrace to her father after struggling so hard to train her up to university level and she had one of the best grades thanks to dr isong but she knew she couldn't keep the baby. So she met her big sis ijeoma who was now a runs girl for help. Ijeoma only had one advise and that was for her to terminate the baby even though the she was already 4 months in.
Chioma and ijeoma kept it a secret from everybody including jane. Ijeoma brought a bunch of contraceptive which she had been taken which were illegal for chioma to take but since there was no precautions or symptoms on the drugs ijeoma made chioma to take more than the desired dosage for effectiveness for effectiveness and some days later chioma found herself bleeding terribly but she felt it was just an indication that the baby had been flushed off her womb until the excess excess bleeding lasted for more than a week and chioma was then admitted to the hospital.
Same day jane fainted in her seminar hall when she was giving a speech on her final year project research which she talked on diet.

Mr okafor who later came to the hospital to help with blood transfusion for chioma later found out that jane had terribly damaged her small intestine and liver and would be requiring a kidney and small intestine transplant. Still shocked at the news of jane predicaments one of the nurse ran into the doctors office to report that chioma had given up the ghost as a result of excess bleeding.after hearing this new ijeoma passed out due to the shock of killing her sister.
Mr okafor immediately had a cardiac arrest because he knew everything that happened with his daughter was his fault, he never took time to give any of them sex education neither did he warn them on how toxic and poisonous drugs could be, he only paid attention to his business thats why he wanted all his children to be in the same field so his business can be fully established.

Part of this story is fictional but it is dedicated to all young girls tois dedicated to all young girls to take note of how poisonous and toxic drugs can become when abused..
