FOOD YOU SHOULD AVOID!
Some food are very detrimental to the human system.
Eating fruits such as mangoes, pawpaw, you should avoid drinking minerals, as it can lead to sudden death or perhaps typhoid fever owing to the acidic content which when react with the mineral can affect the functionality of the heart.
Taking unripe or over riped fruits by children can lead to dysentery.
Do not take tablet immediately after eating wall nut, as its reaction with the tablet is detrimental.
Too much intake of salt speeds up the unset of hypertension.
Cooking vegetable should not be washed with salt.
Avoid biscuits made with baking powder. It's detrimental to health.
Avoid drinking alcohol/hot drinks without food. It's dangerous to health.
Cigarettes smoking places you at the risk of thrombosis coronary. (That is, heart disease)
