"AIR-CLINIC WRITING CONTEST: Poverty, The Elder Cousin of disease

This story is about a young girl with a sick mother with cancer. They were very poor. But before the mother was diagnosed with cancer, she had an adulterous affair with a wealthy man.

Fortunately for her the wealthy man included her in his will.

Which is six months service for a man to be her cook.

The girl never liked the cook but as time went by she started liking him

They were so poor that the mom couldn't afford a dress for her prom night.so she had to make a dress . With all these challenges going on, they were not able to afford the proper treatment for the mom.
Being a man with conscience, the cook decided to stay with them for more than six years.

By then he is no more seen as a cook to the girl, but as a father figure.

So the little girl is now a grown teenager with knowledge that the mom is not just ill but she is definitely going to die. So she decided to grow apart from her mum so she won't get affected by the death of the mother. But became so close to the cook. One day while she was at school. The cook came to her with bad news that her sick mom is dead.

Of course this was devastating for her. But life has to move on. But she doesn't have money and her mom didn't leave any money for her because she never had. So the cook took care of her. It got to a point where she got admission into the university but had no money to go to the university. The cook gave her 5,000$ from the money he had saved.
She went to the university and came back two years later with pregnancy. And the cook still accepted the pregnancy and brought her in. She gave birth to a girl. The woman (which was the little girl at the beginning of this story) trained her daughter with the cook. Later on, the cook had a disease, and once again, they couldn't afford to pay his medical bills and he died.
What will she do from here?
