Chinese rice with healthy chicken for diet
- canola oil : a large spoon
- garlic : clove(mashed)
- green onion :2 omelets (minced)
- ginger : spoon (fresh and grated)
- carrots: 2 grains (minced cubes)
- peas: half cup (frozen)
- chicken: cup (boiled and chopped)
-soy sauce : 3 tbsp - sesame oil: half a teaspoon
- rice : 3 cups (boiled)
How to prepare
1- heat the oil in a non-stick saucepan over medium heat.
2- add garlic , ginger and my heart.
3- add the chopped green onion and my heart for 3 minutes until it withers.
4- add the carrots , peas and my heart for 7 minutes until the carrotes are smooth.
5- place rice over mixture and heart until rice is crispy.
6- add soy sauce , oil and boiled chicken and leave the mixture on the fire for 10 minutes until the flavors are mixed.
7- pour rice dishes and feet.
