Well, let's supposed that the system is computerized and all patients files are saved into Ms word or any other computer software, how sure are we that the data will not miss or get manipulated? These scenarios always happen in urban areas where by some patient's information are no where to be seen or explored for any other purpose. These data are key drivers of each medical treatment and should be kept safe.
