I heard of the saying "The rich also cry"
If life give you a lemon, made lemonade out of it.....
Happiness is a state of mind....you owe yourself to be happy in any situation we found ourselves because by doing that, we help ourselves a lot, the issue of depression, self-pity, angry toward self and God, High blood pressure etc, will be alleviated

I actually forgot about it. It's true, the rich also cry and every other thing you mentioned there about happiness is valid.
