I'm coming at this from a slightly different angle as a libertarian i can't see at what point one could classify a growing baby as not a human being and the line seems arbitrary depending on who you speak to, if it is a human then killing an unborn child would break the 'non aggression principle': the idea that the initiation of force on other humans is immoral/supremely impractical.

Sorry for being unclear, i'm saying that i can't see a point at which an unborn baby is not human, even at 1 second old (many pro abortion arguments hinge on the idea that below a certain stage of development an unborn child does not have rights), until proven otherwise an unborn child is human from what i can see and so harming it would break the 'non aggression principle' so i agree that abortion is immoral.
