#AIR-CLINIC WRITING CONTEST 16: Stress, The Quest To Make Ends Meet!
The basic purpose of life is survival. From the beginning, the man was made to toil, to earn his living.The current scenario with lot of opportunities did not help because competition increased due to population explosion.Condition in third world countries are terrible because of lesser opportunities & large population, fuelled by lack of education. Let me tell you story of jack.
Jack was the only child of jenny and noxom.Misfortunes took away noxom from his family as he suffered sudden cardiac death. Jack was only 16 but the responsibilities now he was to handle needed him to be 60. To keep firepot burning for his family he was left with no option of experimenting with great fortunes. He left school and started working as a waiter at a tea shop nearby. Soon he got married with Mary. Jack and marry added two flowers of heaven to the family, Moona and munna. But the fragrance of these flowers could not soothe the distressed family anyways.Mary further added fuel to the fire by indulging in dispute with jenny.Mary maintained the notion
"When poverty comes in at the door, love flies out of the window".
Every passing moment was opening a new pandora's box for jack.At the age of 40, jack looked like that of late sixties with wrinkled face, grey beard and hair, speaking loudly about the stress he was carrying in his mind and heart.Despite eternal sruggle jack was not able to save a single penny for his little kids.Desire of bright future for his kids on one side and quest to make ends meet, severly depressed jack.This quest now begin wrinkling jack's soul. Condtion further worsend when severly depressed jack not able to make ends meet committed suicide and left the jenny, mary with her 2 children with everlasting unquenchable hunger for bread and hence prey to every physical and social mishap.Mary was completely shattered but this incident taught him a lesson too that
"the best way to avoid a problem is to solve it".
She herself started working to fullfill the unfullfilled desires of jack.
