It is defined as delay or difficulty in defecation, present for 2 or more weeks and sufficient to cause significant distress to the patient.
- I've noticed the definition above is quite similar to the definition written in different websites. For definition, if you need to take an exact (word to word similar) sentence, it would be safe to put it inside a quoted box and then cite the source.
- All of the images which have been used doesn't comply with the guideline made by steemSTEM. Please refer here if you're not familiar with what I was talking about.
- You need to cite your article references.

I took that sentence from my text book and not from any website, i will quote this now.
I didnt know about this (copy rights) till now, i made many posts but no one mentioned about it. I thought that mentioning the image source is enough. Thanks for providing this information.
