LAUNCHING OF ACOF: AIR-CLINIC OUTREACH FOUNDATION!

Hello Air-Clinicians & Friends,

We are ready to launch the first Medical Outreach Foundation and NGO built on the steem blockchain. This came about as a result of the preparations for World Cancer Day on the 4th of February, 2018. We already have alot planned for the event and we will unfold it with time.

Its no longer news that @AIR-CLINIC has been giving away free healthcare on discord. However, right now we want to stretch out our hands to reach those beyond the blockchain. We want to go out there and educate people on healthcare. We want to treat those who cannot afford it.

Why? Just because we can!

OUR VISION

We aim to build a world that is humane by taking free healthcare offline especially to those who need it most!

OUR MISSION

To use the power of the steem blockchain to empower lives by giving free healthcare education, screening and treatment to the needy.
To serve people of all races, ethnicities, creeds, gender and orientation regardless of their ability to pay.

OUR GOALS

Do Offline Outreach Campaigns at least once per month.
Do Online preparations and awareness before the offline
Mobilize well-meaning steemians to support the cause via freewill donations of steem/sbd
Involve volunteers who will want to go whereever medical help is needed most
Teach & train the volunteers on what to; how to and why to of healthcare outreaches.
Involve offline collaborators including pharmaceuticals, laboratories, hospitals, NGOs, and other similar bodies.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

With these we are asking every well-meaning Steemian to join us and dream big. We are going beyond dreams now to reality. We are stepping into the real world where people have real health problems that need solutions.

What do we do when a chance is given to us to save lives? Do we let them die or do we keep them alive?

The choice is ours! But like Jesus advised us, "Choose Life!"

First, to show my support for this project, i have upvoted and resteemed it. Also, I'd love to be physically involved in this charity. Here in my location, quite a number of people are having lack of access to primary health care services. Sometimes ago, I bought a book 'where there is no doctor' thinking that i would be able to help them with my knowledge, but due to financial handicap, there is little to what I can do.
