Why Unfair payment between senior men and women's cricket team

Story revolves my mind when I had heard about the news of payment hike of players in our indian team. Questioned in my mind come why not for our womens cricket team..Does they don't deserves or not qualified to play in large. Now I don't have the exact data to justify but I will surely post.
