Hello dear @neavvy, I congratulate you on your project.
I understand that it is very basic for the use of AI but it is a beginning.
That board of 9 squares and the use of 2 symbols has a number (I think that low) determined of possible combinations. You must have already calculated how many they are. Then you store them in a matrix and so your algorithm (learn to ...) choose which is the most appropriate to win then. I am right?
