Stop Aging

Firstly thank you for reading. There are never enough thank yous to go around soooo Thank You All and spread it around, thank your mom and dad thank your spouse or siblings. Anytime someone does anything for you pay them with a thank you. Again thanks to you guys. So how do I slow aging down, I get up and stretch EVERY DAY. I do something every day . Yoga stretches are supposed to be held a minimum 21 seconds. Water 8 8 ounce glasses a day. But not reverse osmosis ( it takes out the minerals) and neutral water also leaches out the minerals you need. Like calcium. If you have reverse osmosis water fine, but add minerals or take a calcium magnesium supplement(costco). Best is coconut water with 7 grams of sugar per serving that’s as low as you’ll find until.
