This is a soccer team that is comprised of soccer talented young people. Some of these young people are orphans and most of them are coming from very poor families. I am the coach of this academy who is going to be helping them out in learning soccer through teaching them every drill that I have learnt from the Agfacademy.

This academy is situated in Bugeywa, a very remote village located in Kamuli district. The main occupation of the people in this region is Farming. People in this region are well known for producing lots of Children which gives them a great challenge in looking after all their children.

Besides the Education career, young people can also prosper and become better people in society through sports and these can surely do so by discovering and continuously improving on their soccer talent. Special thanks to Andre Gray for the Afgacademy, a great and unique charity initiative that is built on the Steem Blockchain. Andre Gray is an English professional footballer who is currently playing for Watford FC.

Andre Gray has a passion for helping young people in developing countries in improving their soccer talent by equipping them with soccer skills. Through the use of the Steem Blockchain Andre Gray is rewarding young people with steem tokens for purposes of improving and perfecting their soccer talent which in the long run can improve and better their standards of living.

Soccer is a great avenue for instilling discipline in young people. Being disciplined is a very vital aspect that every human being must have in order to meet his desired goals in life coupled with the respect from the public or community that a person lives in. Soccer fans love well-disciplined soccer players.

It promotes a spirit of unity and co-operation. I believe by these young people working together in both trainings and playing soccer matches can boost up their level of team work which is a very fundamental aspect for development.

The Soccer Program

I will be spear heading the soccer practices that will be held on a daily basis that is every evening for 1-2 hours (5pm-7pm).

What are some of the Expectations going forward?

Buying new soccer equipment such as soccer balls, soccer boots, soccer attire which will be of great use in facilitating the soccer trainings.

Participation in various Soccer Tournaments with other soccer teams in the region in order to assess the level of learning they have attained.
